Protective Coatings For Tungsten

Abstract

An analysis of the processes important in high-temperature, oxidation-resistant coatings for tungsten and its alloys are presented. Existing coatings now in use are evaluated, and additional coatings are proposed for future development. A thorough list of references is included.
