Kann es sich ein Unternehmen heute leisten, nicht in Social Media präsent zu sein? Solange es widersprüchlichste Konzepte zur Messung des Social-Media-Erfolgs gibt, ist eine Antwort schwierig. Das im Beitrag beschriebene Konzept der 4 Social C bietet Unternehmen die Möglichkeit, individuell eine zielkonforme Social-Media-Strategie mit dazugehörigen Zielen und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Zur Illustration der 4 Social C wird das Fallbeispiel von HolidayCheck, einem klassischen Web-2.0-Unternehmen, herangezogen.
