Unterstützung mobiler Vertragsschlüsse

Zusammenfassung

Vertragsschlüsse stellen ein wesentliches Element im Alltag eines jeden dar. Oft gilt es beim Schließen von Verträgen, zwischen Beweisbarkeit einerseits und hohen Transaktionskosten für z.B. den Einsatz von Papier zum Festhalten der Vertragsbedingungen andererseits abzuwägen. Gleichzeitig erfreuen sich mobile Endgeräte zunehmender Beliebtheit und Verbreitung. Durch deren Einsatz können Verträge mobil geschlossen, Beweisbarkeit gewährleistet und Transaktionskosten gesenkt werden. Dieser Beitrag zeigt Anforderungen auf und dokumentiert den Entwicklungsstand auf dem Weg zu einem mobilen Vertragsmanagement.
