A new approach to pharmaceutical care: experiences with the ‘Eichberger’ model in a psychiatric clinic in Germany

Abstract

The ‘Eichberger’ model is a new approach for implementing a broad range of pharmaceutical care services in the hospital setting, It has been implemented by a psychiatric clinic in Germany. The model and early experience with its use in this setting are described.
