Abstract
Fuel cell vehicles have the potential to provide sustainable mobility in the long term. They have several significant advantages over other technologies, including zero-emission operation, a high degree of vehicle efficiency, and the potential to diversify fuel production using a wide variety of energy sources. With the Focus FCEV Hybrid and its innovative powertrain concept presented here, Ford has reached a milestone along the way to introducing fuel cell vehicles to the market.
