Zusammenfassung
Anhand von 36 Patienten wird über die Augenmuskelverlängerung mit Fascia lata nach Focosi berichtet. Es handelt sich dabei um Spezialfälle mit Motilitätseinschränkungen oder großem Schielwinkel, wie Abduzens-und Oculomotoriusparesen, Spätesotropien bei hoher Myopie, Duane’sche Retraktionssyndrome etc. Die Technik, die Indikationsstellung und die Resultate werden diskutiert.
Summary
The method of elongation of eye muscles by fascia lata after Focosi was performed in 36 unusual cases, e.g. third and sixth nerve palsy, Duane’s syndromes, large angles in late esotropia with high myopia, unilateral organic amblyopias etc. Technic, selection of cases and results are discussed.
