Zusammenfassung
Primäre Muskelstörungen bilden eine Gruppe sehr heterogener Erkrankungen, bei denen die Ursachen im Muskelgewebe selbst liegen. Ganzkörpervibration ist eine neuartige, vielversprechende Möglichkeit des intensiven Muskeltrainings in kurzer Zeit. Es gibt jedoch nur wenige systematische Bewertungen der Anwendung von Ganzkörpervibration zu Trainingszwecken bei Kindern und Erwachsenen mit primären Muskelerkrankungen. Bei Probanden mit primären Muskelstörungen schien sie gut verträglich zu sein. Weitere Studien sind erforderlich, um die kurz- und langfristige therapeutische Wirkung auf die Grobmotorik bei Kindern und Erwachsenen mit primären Muskelstörungen zu bewerten.
