Samenvatting

Wikipedia biedt een ongetwijfeld erg onvolledig overzicht van psychotherapievormen, beginnend bij ‘acceptance and committment therapy’ en eindigend bij ‘vegetotherapy’’ na 145 tussenstoppen. (Vegototherapy is ‘a form of Reichian psychotherapy that involves the physical manifestations of emotions’, zie wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Psychotherapies). Het aantal is op zich niet zo belangrijk, en evenmin dat er wel écht bizarre psychotherapievormen in vermeld staan (al ooit van Rolfing gehoord, of Morita-therapie?). Maar het is duidelijk dat het er véél zijn.
