De Schemagerichte therapie (SGT) van Jeffrey Young is een integratieve behandelvorm, die op een pragmatische wijze elementen uit de cognitieve, objectrelationele, experiëntiële en gedragstherapie samenbrengt (zie onder meer Young, Klosko & Weishaar, 2003).
