De afgelopen maanden staat regelmatig een advertentie in de krant waarin uiteengezet wordt hoe in Nederland de herkeuring in het kader van de WAO plaatsvindt. De geruststellende toon die uit de advertentie spreekt staat in schril contrast met het aantal uitkeringsgerechtigden dat na de herkeuring zijn recht op een uitkering op basis van arbeidsongeschiktheid verliest.
