Is idiopathic recurrent laryngeal paralysis really idiopathic

Summary

13 cases of idiopathic recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis of varying durations were treated with local injections of hydro-cortisone near the cricothyroid joint. Complete recovery in 7 and partial recovery was noticed in 5 cases.
