Summary
This patient presents the typical history, diarrhea in the young anemic patient, which is seen in diffuse polyposis. The disease is probably familial in this case, and had progressed to a carcinomatous degeneration of three of the polypoid masses. The problems arising in the treatment of such patients have been discussed.
