Abstract
Glomus tumours have been reported in various sites viz. skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscle and viscera. The involvement of nasal mucosa by this lesion is extremely rare. A rare case of Glomangioma involving nasal mucosa in a 19 year old male presenting as nasal obstruction and painless bleeding is described and the pertinent literature is reviewed.
