Summary

1. A case of tuberculous disease of the right superior maxilla associated with pulmonary tuberculosis is described.

2. It resembled, clinically, carcimona of the superior maxilla; the diagnosis was made by the pathological examination of the tumour, and confirmed by the post-mortem examination of the lungs, which were also the seat of tuberculosis.
