Le nodule de régeéneération hyperplasique sur foie cirrhotique peut être confondu avec le CHC
Ce problème prend une importance croissante, compte tenu de la surveillance des patients atteints de cirrhose hépatique.
Les auteurs rapportent quatre cas de diagnostic de nodules de régénération hyperplasiques dont deux ont eu leur évolution suivie ďune transformation en CHC
Selon les auteurs, le diagnostic doit être fondé sur une étude morphologique détaillée (ultrasonographie, PAF échoguidée, laparoscopic avec biopsie) et une surveillance intensive afin de reconnaître le plus tôt possible ľéventuelle transformation en CHC

Hyperplastic regenerative nodules in cirrhotic liver can mimic the aspect of HCC.
The problem is going to reach even higher and higher importance because US follow up of cirrhotic patients is increasing.
The authors describe four cases diagnosed as hyperplastic regenerative nodules in cirrhosis ; in two of them, they observed successive transformation in HCC.
The authors point out the necessity of an accurate diagnostic study (US, echoguided FNB, laparoscopy with coarse needle biopsy) and of intensive follow up to early recognise an eventual transformation in HCC.
