6 - Conclusion :
Les quatres techniques d’hémostase perendoscopique semblent avoir une efficacité comparable, mais les inconvénients du laser en font une méthode de deuxième choix. Deux méta-analyses récentes montrent une amélioration significative de la survie avec l’hémostase perendoscopique ce qui justifie leur intérê (2,18).
