Si presenta una analisi dei processi di alta energia in cui si producono tre particelle nello stato finale. Essi vengono confrontati con le previsioni di alcuni modelli multiperiferici tra cui il modello a doppio scambio di poli di Regge. Il testo è in inglese in quanto l’argomento è stato oggetto di una relazione su invito alla Topical Conference on High Energy Collisions of Hadrons (Ginevra 15–18 gennaio 1968).

Summary

An analysis is presented of some experimental data on reactions produced by π p collisions at 11GeV/c and leading to two final particles and a resonance, in terms of multiperipheral models, in particualr the Double Regge Pole Model.

  34. It has to be mentioned that the slope of the Pomeron trajectory has been found to be α’p ≅ 0.34 in the analysis by Phyllips and Rarita in ref. [2 a].
