Summary
Transition metal complexes of two 3-acetylisoquinoline thiosemicarbazones were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, as well as physical and spectral techniques. The copper(II) complexes appear to have planar stereochemistry while the cobalt(III) and iron(III) complexes are octahedral. They possess less antifungal activity than complexes of the analogous 2-acetylpyridine thiosemicarbazone complexes.
