A preliminary study on the nuclear polyhedrosis virus of larch casebearer

Abstract

The nucleopolyhedrosis virus(NPV) of larch casebearer (Dendrolimus superans) is in quadrangle or irregular form. It’s diameter is ranged from 1.21 μm to 2.33 μm. There is one or many virions in each envelope. The size of the virion is about 29.1-60.5nm × 244.2-325.6nm.
