Abstract

Karyologícal analysis ofOenothera species and stabilized hybrids from Czechoslovakía confirms chromosome number 2n=14 for all 21 taxa investigated. The cytological data of 3 specific and 5 intraspecífic taxa are publíshed for the first time. Chromosome configurations during microsporogenesís are determined in 5 taxa.
