Summary
The multipole mixing ratios of 11 electromagnetic transitions in the decay of160Dy following the β– decay of160Tb are measured by the γ-γ(θ) directional correlation method. The observed mixing ratios show that the transitions de-exciting the γ-band are predominantlyE2, and that the gamma-rays originating from the rotational levels are predominantlyE1. The 879 keV transition may have anE0 and the 197 keV transition may have anM3 component.
