Summary

Experiments on Si, Ge and Al have been made using two methods: linear slits and the point-slits set-up (2), in order to measure the angular distribution of γ’s and obtain information on electron velocities in the matter. New effects have been found in the high-momentumvalue range with the linear slits method. The angular distribution at small angles was analysed with the point-slits method which confirmed the minimum effects expected for low-momentum values. Experimental results are illustrated and discussed. In one case numerical integration has shown that the experimental data of both geometries are consistent with each other.
