Summary
We describe a method for applying the soft-photon theorem to bremsstrahlung and present a detailed derivation of the formulae for\(\pi ^ \pm p\) bremsstrahlung. Our consistent treatment of the expansion of the bremsstrahlung cross-section aroundk=0 results in excellent fits to the experimental data. The data are consistent with small off-shell effects and no radiation from the Δ(1236) resonance.

Si descrive un metodo per applicare il teorema del pione molle al bremsstrahlung e si presenta una derivazione dettagliata delle formule per il bremsstrahlung di\(\pi ^ \pm p\) Il nostro trattamento consistente dello sviluppo della sezione d'urto del bremsstrahlung attorno ak=0 dà come risultato eccellenti approssimazioni ai dati sperimentali.
