Deep inelastic lepton-nucleus scattering and nucleon binding and correlations in nuclei

Summary

The EMC experimental results for12C and56Fe are interpreted within the coherent density fluctuation model in which nucleon-nucleon correlations and binding effects are taken into account. The nuclear structure functions for values of the scale variablex near unity are calculated as well.
