Zusammenfassung

1.In der Schilddrüsenwirkung besteht kein Antagonismus zwischen Thyroxin und Dijodtyrosin.— 2.Jod in jeder Verbindung wirkt gegen-über dem thyreotropen Hormon antagonistisch.— 3.Die Leberpar-enchymschÄdigung durch Dijodtyrosin wird aufgezeigt; es lÄ\t sich nachweisen, da\ diese durch die Tyrosinkomponente bedingt ist.— 4.Zur Erweiterung der Operationsanzeige beim MorbusBasedow werden auf Grund der möglichen Erfassung der thyreogenen LeberschÄdigung Richtlinien angegeben.
