Refractories and Industrial Ceramics Aims and scope

Abstract

Running repair of industrial furnaces is an important problem solved successfully within the framework of conversion of the defense industry of Russia. The Soyuz Federal Center of Binary Technologies possesses a scientific and materials base for high-temperature ceramic welding (HTCW) as an effective technology for repairing refractory linings. The principles of the HTCW method and its advantages, effect, and prospects are presented.
