Summary

The angular distribution of pions for photoproduction and electroproduction of pions in polarized-proton targets is given. Using explicit values for the multipoles we have calculated this angular distribution in the case where the energy of the π-N system in their center of mass is 1236 MeV and for momentum transfers equal to zero (photoproduction) and −3, −6 and −10 fm−2 (electroproduction).
