Abstract

A mass-spectrometer complex based on a Mι 1320 commercial device and intended for measuring the isotopic composition of difficult-to-ionize refractory metals by the Re-Os method is described. The results of isotope-ratio measurements of the OsO2 standard by recording the ion currents with a secondary-electron multiplier are presented.
