Summary
Following Van Kampen technique the dispersion equations for high-frequency electromagnetic waves have been derived for two collisional models. The indices of refraction and absorption have been computed. It is shown that the maximum change in the dispersion feature results in the vicinity of ω 2 p /ω2=1.

Si sono dedotte le equazioni di dispersione per onde elettromagnetiche ad alta frequenza per due modelli d'urto secondo la tecnica di Van Kampen. Si sono calcolati gli indici di rifrazione e assorbimento. Si mette in luce come si ottiene il cambiamento massimo nella caratteristica della dispersione in vicinanza di ω 2 p /ω2=1.

Следуя технике Ван Кампена, выводятся дисперсионные уравнения для высокочастотных электромагнитных волн для двух моделей соударений. Вычисляются коэффициенты преломления и поглощения. Показывается, что максимальное изменение в дисперсионной характеристике возникает в окрестности ω 2 p /ω2=1.
