Summary
It is shown that the pseudoscalar charge density of spin-1/2 particles induced by parity-violating interactions is not physically observable. Its effect on the spin direction of an electron in a longitudinal electric field is explicitly. calculated and found to be null. This result contradicts recent calculations of Hiida.
