Abstract

Ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties ofxPb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3−(1−x)Pb (Zr0·55Ti0·45)O3 system have been investigated. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate rhombohedral and cubic structures. Maximum dielectric constant and piezoelectric properties are exhibited by 0·5–0·5 PMN-PZT composition.P r is high in 0·6–0·4 PMN-PZT composition.
