Charm semi-leptonic decays and measurements of the form factors

Summary

We briefly review experimental results on charmed-meson semileptonic decays from which information on form factors has been obtained and compare them with theoretical predictions. The form factor knowledge provides insight on quark dinamics and can help in determining the CKM matrix elements in the B decays.
