Summary
The 1% coincidence ofm p/m c with\(\left( {\begin{array}{*{20}c} {16} \\ 4 \\ \end{array} } \right)\) and the identification of the 4 and 16 with the dimensions of space-time and an embedding space suggest that the space-time we observe may locally be two rotating 4D sheets that regularly align in 16 space. The proton and electron may be described as one particle appearing on the two sheets. By considering nuclear protons the calculated minimum electron mass is only 32 p.p.m. below the accepted value. Slightly higher masses may be observed with newly created positrons.
