From a tape recording of a talk given at thePanel on Writing Disabilities at the Massachusetts General Hospital at the Regional Meeting of THE ORTON SOCIETY, INC., May 2, 1959, kindly transcribed by Mr. Lawton B. Kingsburg.

Mrs. Durbrow has long been active in remedial language work and the training of teachers. She is the director of Camp Mansfield, a remedial camp for younger children, at Underhill Center, Vermont, and a consultant in language therapy at several schools.
