Zusammenfassung
Klinischer und mammographischer Befund sind maßgebend für die Indikationsstellung, und nur selten sind Ergänzungen durch die Zytologie oder Sonographie notwendig. Die Therapieplanung erfolgt interdisziplinär. Standardtherapie beim Karzinom ist die modifizierte radikale Mastektomie. Beim kleinen Karzinom erfolgt die Lumpektomie mit axillärer Lymphonodektomie und Nachbestrahlung bzw. bei nichtinvasiven Formen die alleinige Lumpektomie.
Summary
Clinical and mammographic findings are standards for the indication and only seldom completion by cytology or sonography is necessary. Planning of treatment is carried out in co-working of different mediacal branches. Modified radical mastectomy is recommended as standard therapy in carcinoma. In small cancer lumpectomy and axillary lymphonodectomy was carried out in combination with post-operative radiation. In non-invasive forms we performed the lumpectomy alone.
