Abstract
Practical sawing tests were carried out in a sawmill with conventional type (C) sawblades and with types (M) and (E) according to defined test conditions. Type (E) sawblades proved to be clearly superior to those of type (M) and (C) in regard to output and effective cutting time. Statistically significant results are presented in tables.
