Zusammenfassung
Die laparoskopische Cholezystektomie hat sich zur Therapie der Wahl bei der Behandlung der symptomatischen Cholezystolithiasis entwickelt. Die Analyse von 4 Sammelstatistiken (6453 Patienten) zeigt, daß bei sorgfältiger Patientenselektion die Ergebnisse nach LCH denen nach konventioneller CHE entsprechen.
Summary
Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is considered now the therapy of choice for the treatment of symptomatic cholecystolithiasis. The analysis of 4 collective series (6.453 patients) proves, that, presuming a careful selection of patients, laparoscopic cholecystectomy may lead to results comparable to those found after traditional cholecystectomy.
