Abstract

The influence of pressure (up to 1 GPa) on the superconducting properties ofReBa 1.5 Sr 0.5 Cu 3 O 6+x (Re=Y, Gd) ceramics has been studied in the interval of T=4-100 K. The pressure effect depends strongly on the oxygen contents. ThedT c /dP=20K/GPa (for Re=Y, x=0.56) is the highest value for HTSC of 123 type. Under a prolonged action of pressure at room temperature the relaxation ofT c as well as hysteretic phenomena with pressure have been observed. The relaxation times ofT c under pressure are determined. These effects are interpreted as being due to the oxygen ordering in CuO chains.
