Zusammenfassung
Es wird eine elementare Beschreibung energetischer und kinetischer Vorgänge gegeben, die bei der Verdampfung polarer Flüssigkeiten (Wasser) und der elektronischen Verdampfung aus Metall unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Oberflächenstruktur der kondensierten Phase auftreten. Zur Nachprüfung der Ergebnisse wurde ein Experiment ausgeführt.
