Experience of acoustic intensification of natural-gas flow from wells

Abstract

Results are presented from experimental studies of the acoustic intensification of natural-gas flow from wells. The gas stratum itself serves as the source of energy while the stratum is being treated to increase its productivity. Gas rising in the casing string causes the self-induced vibrations of strikers suspended within the perforation zone.
