Vergrößerung und Verbreiterung des Hüftpfannenerkers durch ein autogenes, speziell zugerichtetes Knochentransplantat aus dem resezierten Hüftkopf. Fixation des Transplantates am aufsteigenden Os ileum nach „Nut-Feder”-Art und mit zusätzlichen zwei Spongiosaschrauben.
