Operationsprinzip
Entfernung des überzähligen Zehenstrahls und Beseitigung der Varusfehlstellung der Großzehe unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen anatomischen Gegebenheiten, nämlich der Form des angrenzenden Metatarsalköpfchens, der Sehnenanomalien oder Muskelverkürzungen und der Anlage eines “fibrösen Stranges” als rudimentärer, überzähliger erster Zehenstrahl. Es können deshalb Sehnenverlagerungen, Durchtrennungen verkürzter Kapsel-Band-Strukturen, Resektionen überzähliger und deformierter Skelettelemente und Korrekturosteotomien erforderlich werden. Ein verbleibender Hautdefekt wird mit einem Vollhauttransplantat gedeckt.
