Influence of nonlinearity of modulation conversion in measurements by means of laser interference refractometers

Abstract

The mechanisms underlying the appearance of nonlinearity errors under the conditions of interference modulation in the circuits of laser interference refractometers are analyzed and simple methods of reducing these errors are discussed.
