Computing the parameters of periodic components of discrete data with bounded observation intervals

Abstract

We present a method for estimating the parameters of periodic components of discrete data that supports simultaneous computation of the levels of constant and varying components; this makes it possible to reduce the error to an order of magnitude less than that of the FFT.
