Abstract
A passive-active measuring radar system for determining the water content of cloud formations in the atmosphere is considered. The accuracy of the measurements is analyzed and ways of reducing the measurement error of the passive and active channels of the system are determined. Structures of the interface and synchronisation of the radar system with a personal computer are proposed in which the computer carries out the function of a universal automated system for processing and displaying data.
