Conclusions

  1. 1.

    It is possible to use Kolmogorov's kinetic equation with functionsv m(t) andn ef(t) for analyzing the crystallization kinetics of alloys of solid-solution type and alloys containing a eutectic without resorting to the laborious method of geometrical modeling.

  2. 2.

    We have developed a method for computing the functionsv m(t) andn ef(t).
