Summary
The desorption and fragmentation of dipeptide smaples was investigated through252Cf-PDMS and FAB techniques. The results for the dipeptides Ala-Ala (molecular weight 160) and Ala-Leu (molecular weight 202) were discussed and compared to previously reported investigations.
