Transfer of genetic information of type D retroviruses from lymphocytes of patients with B-cell lymphosarcoma to Raji cells

Abstract

Polymerase chain reaction and immunoblotting show that the sequences homologous to thepro-pol domain of Mason-Pfiser monkey virus can be transferred from lymphocytes of patients with B-cell lymphosarcoma to Raji cells in a cell culture.
