Summary

In this article, autoradiographic, X-ray structur-analytic and histological results of the necrosis of the femoral head are described. The interpretation oft these results joins the previous etiological conceptions of an ischemia of the superior segment of the femoral head similar to an infarct of the femoral head.

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden autoradiographische, röntgenstruktur-analytische und histologische Befunde bei der idiopathischen Hüftkopfnekrose beschrieben. Die Auswertung der Ergebnisse fügt sich in die bisherigen ätiologischen Vorstellungen von der Ischämie des cranialen Hüftkopfquadranten im Sinne eines Hüftkopfinfarktes ein.
