Abstract
A method for determination of the average diameter of nonwoven fibrous polymeric filter materials (NFPFM) and other parameters of the distribution Junction of NFPFM fibres was improved. The values of Ssp of NFPFM fibres were determined by the method of low-temperature adsorption of nitrogen. A correlation was established between Ssp and the average diameter of NFPFM fibres. The effect of the structural parameters on some operational characteristics of the materials was discussed.
